At Jinhuan Steel, quality never sleeps. For the Miami Stadium project in Florida, our workshop lights stayed on through 21 consecutive nights. Inspectors used millimeter-level precision to check every corner of custom steel components, ensuring flawless quality before shipment to North America.

Overcoming Complex Steel Structure Challenges

The project required fabricating irregular steel structures with more than 300 welded corners, over 80% of them in blind spots. Instead of shortcuts, our team adopted a rigorous process: side-beam inspections at 30° angles and strict paint thickness control within ±50 μm. To tackle coating difficulties, our engineers developed a “three-step blind spot detection method,” allowing even box-beam interiors to achieve full coverage. Some parts went through rework five times before reaching acceptance standards.

Precision in Packaging and Shipping

After inspection, packaging became the next critical step. Each edge was fitted with custom foam protectors, and all contact points cushioned with double layers. Our team used a unique strapping method, applying calibrated tension to secure the structures without damaging the finish. Every packaged component passed vibration tests simulating ocean transport, ensuring safe delivery across 8,500 km to the United States.

International Recognition and Global Standards

“This spatially twisted catwalk structure is the first of its kind in China,” said our Chief Engineer. “We overcame not only technical barriers, but also redefined extreme quality standards.” The first shipment has successfully passed U.S. expert group inspections, with coating quality results exceeding all client requirements.
